  • Coordination of Supports

Tailored care

Tribe specialises in individual goal-oriented disability support, working closely with you to customise the best services for an optimal experience.

EXPERIENCE:

Our Four Pillars of care

Safe & Supported

Safety and support are top priorities in our Tribe. Participants and their families trust us to ensure the well-being and happiness of their loved ones.

Health & Wellbeing

We prioritize health and wellbeing within our Tribe, acknowledging that individuals with disabilities often face poorer general health and higher psychological stress.

Engaged & Empowered

We want our Tribe to feel part of the community and have the ability to be open to new skills and challenges to then achieve, feel proud, and be empowered.

Included & Respected

We make sure that our clients feel part of our Tribe. They are respected, recognized, and treated like part of our family.
