Ultimate Health Greystanes

Ultimate Health Greystanes is a multidisciplinary allied health team offering services in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry, Optometry and Dietetics. We have 4 clinics located across Greystanes, with one specifically designed as a gym for both adult and paediatric Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy sessions.

We are also in the process of becoming aged care providers and would benefit from a larger adult caseload of which we can manage their aged care packages as well as their therapy services.

We are registered NDIS providers and do not have any of our own plan managers and hence are looking to become provider with your service.
