What we provide

Day to Day Living

Our Support Workers are experienced in providing personal care, home care and respite care to older Australians, and hold qualifications in Aged Care, Independent Support and Disability. We also help family caregivers to resume their role as loving and supportive family members.

​In-home care services include:

• Undertaking regular household chores in order to maintain a comfortable and safe environment
• Mobility and transfer support through the use of transfer aids and equipment
• Assistance with supporting the maintenance of personal aids and equipment, and arranging appointments
• House chores and routines
• Support with meal preparation, menu planning  and shopping
• Continuation of recommended health and well being routines such as taking medications as prescribed

Community Access

Our aim is to design individualized services that help you achieve your goals and live life your way. We provide services that inspire people and make a difference in their lives. We will do this by creating opportunities for people to build on their existing abilities, empowering people to make choices and live the life they choose and fostering participation and inclusion in their community.

• Hydrotherapy
• Shopping
• Sports
• Gym
• Men’s Shed
• Going to the movies or theater
• Going out for coffee or lunch

We provide quality self care, designed to assist participants with:

• Person-centred grooming activities
• Hygiene
• Catheter care
• Continence support
• Medication
