Thank you for your time in giving us this opportunity in introducing our Small Boutique NDIS Service which we have recently registered in Melton .We cover Melton ,Gisborne , Bacchus Marsh , Kurunjang, Cobble Bank , Brookfield . We are more than happy to discuss opportunities outside this locations.

WSDSS provides professional, quality and community focused NDIS support service to clients in the Western Suburbs. We value our human connections and offer personalized services to meet our clients’ needs based on Respect, Quality and consistency level of service provided through our Qualified and well-trained industry Professionals. Our Team has a wide range of Professionals who work within our team including Business Managers, Quality controllers, well qualified Support workers, handyman and Landscapers to make our service more inclusive, and improve the outcomes for individuals, families and communities throughout the Western Suburbs.

Our services include.

Cleaning & Personal Care Home Care. Assistance with cleaning the House , mopping , laundry , bedding and general upkeep of  the home.

Shopping Assistance. Assist with clients in doing  shopping , mail runs and ensure that  food rations are up to date . We take time and pride in ensuring our clients are given ample time to freely do their shopping and drop back home safely in our fleet of 4 cars.

Overnight Stay/ Weekend Care at Client’s Residence. Assistance with clients who need support overnight or weekend who need support , feeding or just general care whilst families are away.

Working with Dementia Patients. Our staff are highly trained and qualified in working with dementia patients and will work to ensure that they are comfortable and well looked after in our care.

Drop-off \Pick up for Medical and other Appointments. We will assist in taking clients to doctor’s appointment and ensure that  will comfortably return home after your appointments .

Lawn and Yard Maintenance. We will assist with  lawn and yard maintenance to ensure that clients  are comfortable in their  own home.
