Supporto Disability Services is local Support Solutions partner with you to identify support workers that best meet your preferences and needs – we have workers available that have the training and checks in place to provide Standards based support, or we can work with you to engage the person or people you have identified to provide services and care.

Alternatively, are you a person seeking a working arrangement that provides personal reward, shared achievements, flexibility based on your lifestyle, a safe and supported environment and generous remuneration rates? If so, please contact us and we can discuss the participant model that may very well be what you are seeking.

Our agency offers an alternative model of participant and worker engagement. We want the participant and worker to partner on when and how supports are received, in line with funding requirements, under an assessed and supported framework where goals and the associated actions are clear, safety is a priority, and all parties feel supported in receiving and providing positive services. We go beyond providing practical assistance; we strive to create an environment that fosters confidence, self-reliance, and personal growth. Our dedicated team works closely with each client to identify their interests, aspirations, and travel goals, ensuring that their journeys are not only accessible but also meaningful and enjoyable.
