WinaCare Disability Services is a NDIS registered provider, that is managed by a leadership Team who possesses decades of experience between them, in the areas of Nursing, Management and Education in the Disability, Aged Care sectors who are dedicated to Making a Positive Difference to the Community, through individualised support and person-centred practice.

WHAT WE DO

WinaCare Disability Services provides a range of services such as assistance with transport, household tasks, in-home support, community participation, SIL, Respite and Day option Program to participants across. We are committed to ensuring that each participant is supported to make informed choices, exercise control, and maximize their independence relating to the support provided. We understand that all our participants have different goals creating different needs, therefore WinaCare Disability Services works with each participant to create an individualized support plan.

We can provide support to agency managed, self- and plan-managed participants (no waiting list) and our intake team is ready to arrange for a participant to meet with them so they can learn more and explore our service as an option.

WinaCare Disability Services is based in Adelaide providing 24/7 support across Adelaide and Brisbane to people with intellectual, physical, sensory, cognitive and psychosocial disabilities.
